Born in France, Marina moved to England at the age of six, where she grew up and completed all of her schooling. There, she gained professional experience in a field closely related to physiotherapy—occupational therapy—further solidifying her interest in health and wellness. .

Driven by a desire for discovery and new experiences, Marina then embarked on a new adventure in Canada. Charmed by Montreal, she particularly appreciates its rich culture, dynamism, and the diverse range of activities the city offers. She is also delighted to be back in a French-speaking environment.

In February 2026, shortly after arriving in Quebec, Marina joined the Physio Plateau team as a receptionist, where she contributes to providing a warm welcome and attentive service to patients. Marina is also an active contributor to the blog.

Outside of the clinic, Marina enjoys staying active by going to the gym and running, a passion she has recently developed. A great lover of travel, she loves discovering new cultures, with a particular interest in world cuisines.
