Myriam first began her professional journey with a degree in physiotherapy technology at Cégep de Chicoutimi in 2003. After a few years of practice, her strong interest in sports care led her to pursue studies in physiotherapy at the University of Montreal, aiming to work with high-level athletes. During her studies, she got involved as an assistant physiotherapist with the Carabins Football team. Since then, she has worked both in clinics and on the field. She served as the lead physiotherapist for several university teams, including soccer, hockey, and rugby (2012-2023). Additionally, she has been called to work with the national Water Polo teams during international tournaments.

Continuously pushing her knowledge in sports biomechanics as well as her expertise in taping and emergency interventions, she obtained her sports physiotherapy diploma in 2021. As a new enthusiast of road cycling, she recognizes that comfort and performance greatly depend on bike adjustments. Therefore, Myriam pursued training in bike fitting, to more effectively address specific pathologies associated with cycling.

Besides her interest in physiotherapy, Myriam is driven by the desire to share knowledge. For several years, she has served as an instructor for the preparatory course for the musculoskeletal examination for medical students. She has also served as a teaching assistant for the sports taping course and mentored students in the context of sports physiotherapy..
