Lauren completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in 2021, where she also worked with the Thunderbirds women’s hockey team as a student therapist. Her academic background provided a strong foundation in biomechanics, exercise prescription, and evidence-based practice.

After graduating, she worked as a Registered Kinesiologist in a physiotherapy clinic, focusing on exercise-based rehabilitation. She also served as an on-field medic for rugby teams and contributed to research projects related to sport-related concussions.

Driven by a passion for rehabilitation and lifelong learning, Lauren pursued her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at McGill University. During her studies, she continued working as a student therapist with the Martlets hockey team. To further develop her expertise, she completed elective coursework in sports physiotherapy, advanced manual therapy, and X-ray prescription.

Originally from British Columbia, Lauren moved to Montreal for her studies and quickly fell in love with the city’s vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. She brings a calm, supportive energy to her practice and is intentional about creating a safe and inclusive space where people feel understood and supported as they work toward their movement goals together.

A lover of the outdoors and movement in all its forms, Lauren is happiest when skiing, hiking, or camping, or when enjoying a cozy rest day baking and knitting. She loves exploring new ways to move—whether through yoga, dance, or fitness classes—and believes that movement is not only medicine, but also a source of joy and connection to both one’s body and the wider community.
