Emmanuelle began her post-secondary journey by completing an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at the University of Ottawa in 2019. During this period, Emmanuelle developed a better understanding of the multitude of health determinants and their impact on people’s wellbeing and quality of life. After working as an exercise assistant in a physiotherapy clinic, Emmanuelle better understood how relationships founded on principles of open communication and mutual aid in the rehabilitation context motivated her. This experience is what pushed her to pursue her master's degree in physiotherapy so she could better meet the physical therapy needs of those in her community.

Emmanuelle would like to continue honing her knowledge and skills, particularly in the field of manual therapy through continuing education. Her optimistic personality, active listening skills, and knowledge will be beneficial to your journey towards rehabilitation and achieving your full potential!

Originally from Ottawa, Emmanuelle settled in Montreal in 2022 so that she could be closer to her friends, explore a stimulating and culturally rich city, and have the opportunity to live her everyday life in French, her mother tongue.

Emmanuelle worked as a competitive cross-country ski coach for four years. This experience was a first realization of the importance of physical activity in her life and in the one of those she supervised. It also allowed her to become aware of the positive impact her recommendations could have on the sports performance of the young athletes under her care.

Aside from physiotherapy, Emmanuelle loves spending time outdoors, hether it's hiking, canoeing, or camping. You can also find her baking, playing ports with her friends, or reading novels.
